SESSION STRUCTURE:

Initial intake meeting:

Conducted with caregiver(s) and can be done in clinic or virtually (via phone or zoom). 

The child does not attend this appointment - 1 Hour.

Play Therapy Sessions:

45 Minutes contact with the client. 

15 Minutes Non-Face to Face contact to allow for clinical notes, cleaning and session planning. 

Therapist team meetings or client meetings:

Conducted virtually, in clinic or in mobile capacity. - 1 Hour

*Mobile sessions will include a travel charge as per below.

All client cancellations require 48 business hours' (2 clear business days) notice. 

A cancellation is a short notice cancellation if the client:

• Does not turn up for a session.
• 15 minutes or more late for a scheduled session. 
• Full session fees will be due for cancellations providing less than 48 business hours' (2 clear business days, not inclusive of weekends or public holidays) notice.
